SUMMER ART CAMPS!
REGISTRATION IS NOT YET OPEN FOR 2026 SUMMER ART CAMPS. Please check back in the spring.
During each camp 60 kids explored hands-on, nature-inspired art at Fort Steven State Park over three days. Led by Art Room staff including experienced artists and educators, these sessions expand skill-building and encourage imagination, connection, and creative confidence.
Keeping camp affordable and accessible is at the very heart of our mission. Thanks to all those that support expanding arts education for our youth and helping us provide scholarships so that any child that wants to participate can!
Each session blends artistic skill-building with outdoor exploration, encouraging imagination, connection, and creative confidence.

ART CAMP Sponsorship
Businesses and individuals are invited to sponsor ART CAMP so that it is accessible to every child who wants to attend. Keeping camp affordable is at the very heart of our mission, which is why sponsorship is a different amount than registration. In truth, it costs over $100 to provide each child with this enriching, unforgettable experience. Your generosity not only helps cover the true costs — it opens doors, nurtures young hearts, and fuels the artists and leaders of tomorrow.
$100 - Sponsor one child for one camp
$200 - Sponsor siblings or two children for one camp
$300 - Sponsor three children for one camp
$500 - Ensures ART CAMP continues! Help us sustain this important program!
Sponsors have their logo or name printed on camp t-shirts and on promotional materials.
* Generous local individuals and business sponsors make it possible for over 60 children to attend Art Camp each year at no cost!
CAMP HISTORY: Starting in 2022 - 2023, AVA partnered with the new nonprofit, Art Room, to host the first Art Camps. They were fun and wildly successful! Fast forward to 2024, AVA began managing Art Room and now we offer Art Room After School and are hosting three summer Art Camps. We can’t do this without community support and grant funding. Thank you so much to the individuals and business that support this program enabling Art Camps and Art Room After School to be accessible to ALL!
