One artist working in any media and residing in Clatsop or Pacific counties is selected every six months to receive free studio space in the Astoria Studio Collective.
The Coastal Oregon Artist Residency (COAR), a partnership with Recology Western Oregon, provides a unique opportunity for artists from 5 regional counties to transform discarded materials into meaningful artwork while exploring sustainability, creativity, and community.
