Agnes Field Artist Awards
Application deadline: Closed
Astoria Visual Arts is pleased to provide the occasional Agnes Field Artist Award. Applications are now closed. The next award will be available in the Fall of 2024.
Artists residing in Clatsop, Pacific or Wahkiakum counties may submit proposals for financial support for a broad range of projects, including for materials, supplies, travel, submission fees, equipment, etc.
Project proposals will be reviewed by a selection panel and funding awarded based on the merit of the application and the level of professional development anticipated by the artist. Requests may range from $250 to $1000.
This opportunity to help artists is the result of the collaborative efforts of longtime friends, artist Agnes Field and arts supporter L.C. Smith, whose dedication and commitment to the arts in our community over the years have enhanced the cultural landscape of the Lower Columbia-Pacific Region.
