Astoria Visual Arts (AVA) invites artists from near and far to submit work for an open-call exhibition celebrating salmon and fish-themed artwork in honor of the annual FisherPoets Gathering this February.

Artists may submit one to four pieces in any medium and any size. Please note that gallery space is limited; works wider than 40 inches must be approved by AVA in advance. Artwork does not need to be for sale.

Artwork may be delivered to AVA, located at 959 Commercial Street in Astoria, on February 10 from 4:00–6:00pm or February 11 from 10:00 am–12:00pm. Early delivery may be arranged by request through emailing astoriavisualarts@gmail.com.

This marks the sixth consecutive year AVA has hosted a fish-themed exhibition in conjunction with the FisherPoets Gathering.
