Board of Directors: One position is open for a person committed to ensuring AVA's programs are well-served and serve well. You don’t need an arts background. You’ll want to attend and participate in the monthly board meetings (now set for third Thursdays, 3:00pm in the Gallery) and occasional committee meetings; take a monthly or every-other-month four-hour docent time slot; and have computer skills for email. More advanced computer skills to assist with marketing, social media and constituent management will be extremely helpful. Send your resume to Cindy Price at astoriavisualarts@gmail.com.
